Overview

buiild ("we", "us") provides a link-in-bio, course, booking and storefront platform for creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to creators who sign up for buiild and to visitors who interact with a creator's public buiild page.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email, username and profile details you provide when you sign up.

Content you add: links, courses, products, booking availability and any media you upload.

Visitor information: when someone views or interacts with a creator's public page (clicking a link, buying a product, booking a session, or subscribing to a newsletter), we collect the data needed to complete that action — e.g. an email address for a newsletter signup, or shipping details for a physical product order.

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers; our payment partner handles and stores that data under their own security standards.

Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and link clicks, used to power the creator's own dashboard analytics.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the service: rendering creator pages, processing payments and bookings, sending transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations, course access), and — where a creator has set up a mailing list — sending the newsletters that creator sends to their own subscribers.

We do not sell visitor or creator data to third parties.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run buiild: Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional and creator-initiated email delivery), and our database/hosting infrastructure. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Visitors who subscribe to a creator's newsletter can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email they receive. Creators can export or delete their account data, or a visitor's subscriber record, from their dashboard, or by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for sign-in, security and password-protected pages — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as an account is active, and as required for accounting, tax and legal obligations after account closure.
