Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a buiild account or using a buiild-hosted page, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Your content and products

You retain ownership of everything you upload or sell through buiild — links, courses, products, and booking availability. You're solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of what you sell, and for fulfilling orders and delivering services to your customers.

You may not use buiild to sell illegal goods or services, infringe on intellectual property, or mislead buyers.

Payments

Payments from your buyers are processed via Razorpay, including international cards. Depending on your plan and setup, funds may be collected by buiild's payment account and settled to you, or collected directly into your own connected account. Applicable payment processor and platform fees will be disclosed before you go live.

Subscription fees for your buiild plan are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use buiild to send spam, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep buiild available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that could affect your page.

Liability

buiild is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
